Their rich experience, previously honed at C2FO, has been instrumental in helping businesses across the world optimise cash flow. This team is the cornerstone of our journey, and is committed to driving C2treds to new heights while helping advance Indian businesses and supercharge the country’s economy.

Neha Bahadur

General Manager – Head of Business

Neha serves as the Business Head at C2treds, leading the platform's strategy, growth, and innovation to deliver efficient trade finance solutions for MSMEs in India's fintech ecosystem. With a distinguished career spanning over 17 years across India's premier financial institutions, she brings deep expertise in corporate banking, supply chain finance, and strategic project management. As Head of the Supply Chain Finance Product at HDFC Bank, she spearheaded digital innovations that expanded financial access. At Axis Bank, she led strategic programs within Wholesale Banking, and her experience at YES Bank and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation laid the foundation for her expertise in managing corporate client relationships. Neha holds a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and a Master's from the University of Hyderabad, where she was awarded the Gold Medal for academic excellence. This strong academic foundation shapes her analytical approach to financial systems, trade finance, and the broader economic landscape.

Surbhi Singla

Head, Growth and Operations

Surbhi heads Growth and Operations at C2treds where she focuses on accelerating financing opportunities for clients. With ~10 years of experience spanning Financial Services, Enterprise SaaS, and Digital/Legacy Technology, she brings deep expertise in business development and strategic growth. Prior to C2treds, Surbhi was Vice President of Business Development at Mastercard, where she drove the Services business for South Asia. Earlier, she was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, advising global clients on growth strategy and growth transformation. Surbhi holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and an Integrated M.Tech. in Mathematics and Computing from IIT Delhi. She is a Gold Medalist in the Indian Physics Olympiad (Top 35 in India), 4-time merit holder in National Maths and Chemistry Olympiads, a Charpak Scholar recognized by the Government of France, an NTSE Scholar, and a recipient of nine Government of India scholarships.

Rahul Mann

VP, Product Development

Rahul is an experienced product management professional with more than 10 years of work experience in building and delivering enterprise grade products to large MNCs across telecom, hedge funds and financial institutions. Currently, he is leading product development for C2Treds. He has held previous roles in product in hedge fund software product development company Indus Valley Partners, and in technology with leading network equipment and software development company Cisco Systems. Rahul holds an MBA degree from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science from NSIT, Delhi.

Animesh Patra

Head, Financier Partnership

Animesh is the head of Financier Partnership and Operations for C2treds, covering financier client experience from onboarding to program maturity. A practitioner of inclusive and change leadership, Animesh has worked with reputed institutions like BNP Paribas Leasing Solution and Department of Science and Technology-Government of India. Prior to joining C2treds, he was associated with the TReDS ecosystem holding leadership positions across Product, Financier Engagement and Government Business. He is an Honors Graduate in Commerce from St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata, Master’s in Commerce from University of Calcutta and holds an MBA in Finance from Army Institute of Management, Kolkata. Animesh currently lives in NCR with his family and enjoys adventure travel in his spare time.

Rohan Kamra

Head of Client Engagement

Rohan Kamra is an accomplished sales and client relationship professional, currently serving as Head of Client Engagement at C2treds. He leads buyer onboarding, client relationship management, and solution delivery—bringing together strategic insight, a client-first mindset, and strong execution capabilities. Prior to joining C2treds, Rohan played a key role in shaping C2FO’s growth in India over a span of seven years. He was instrumental in establishing and scaling early payment led working capital solution business across the region. With over 12 years of experience in client-facing roles, Rohan has previously worked with ICICI Bank in Trade Finance and with Accenture as a Business Consultant, building deep expertise in financial services and enterprise client management. He holds an MBA in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Chandigarh University. Based in Delhi, Rohan enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures in his spare time.

Mohit Bhatia

Head of Compliance

Mohit is the Head of Compliance and member of the core team at C2treds. Mohit has ~10 years of experience in financial services with specific emphasis on Corporate Secretarial, RBI Compliances, Corporate Legal, Fund Raise and Internal Audit. As Head of Compliance of CFSPL, Mohit oversees the entire Compliance operations and manages the regulatory audits. Before joining C2FO, Mohit’s career and experience evolved in the Banks and NBFC industries. Mohit's last stint was with Mintifi as Chief Compliance Officer and before that he worked with Caspian Impact Investments and AU Small Finance Bank. During his career he has handled and managed the regulatory audits and led the legal due diligence for the fund raise. Mohit is Company Secretary and holds a Bachelors degree in commerce and law respectively. He has also completed a certificate course on FEMA conducted by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
