Deeply committed to empowering MSMEs in India, our leaders are a blend of former bankers and finance sector experts. Their rich experience, previously honed at C2FO, has been instrumental in helping businesses across the world optimise cash flow. This team is the cornerstone of our journey, and is committed to driving C2treds to new heights while helping advance Indian businesses and supercharge the country’s economy.

Arun

Arun Raghavan

Managing Director & Business Head

Arun is the Managing Director and member of the Core team that has set up the TReDS platform at C2FO. He is also part of the Leadership team at C2FO India, in a non-executive capacity. Arun is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of corporate banking experience across leading MNC banks, and comes with a rich leadership experience of over 15 years. As Managing Director of CFSPL, Arun oversees the entire operations, strategy, business & growth of the TReDS platform. As part of C2FO India’s leadership team, Arun is involved in strategic initiatives of C2FO India.

Rajat Upadhyaya

Head Operations

Rajat heads the C2treds operations team, where he works closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to create transformational value. He has 17 years of experience in the banking and financial sector, and he's known for his energetic and exemplary leadership. Rajat is an XLRI alumnus and holds an Honors degree in Science. Previously, he has worked in many renowned Banks like HSBC, Citi Bank, Kotak and RBL Bank. He lives in Delhi NCR with his wife and son. In his free time, he volunteers with NGOs that provide free career development workshops for underprivileged individuals. He's passionate about advocating for those who need support and extending help to the needy ones.

Rahul Mann

Senior Director, Product Management

Rahul is an experienced product management professional with more than 10 years of work experience in building and delivering enterprise grade products to large MNCs across telecom, hedge funds and financial institutions. Currently, he is leading product development for C2Treds. He has held previous roles in product in hedge fund software product development company Indus Valley Partners, and in technology with leading network equipment and software development company Cisco Systems. Rahul holds an MBA degree from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science from NSUT, Delhi.

Animesh Patra

Head Financier Partnership

Animesh is the head of Financier Partnership and Operations for C2treds, covering financier client experience from onboarding to program maturity. A practitioner of inclusive and change leadership, Animesh has worked with reputed institutions like BNP Paribas Leasing Solution and Department of Science and Technology-Government of India. Prior to joining C2treds, he was associated with the TReDS ecosystem holding leadership positions across Product, Financier Engagement and Government Business. He is an Honors Graduate in Commerce from St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata, Master’s in Commerce from University of Calcutta and holds an MBA in Finance from Army Institute of Management, Kolkata. Animesh currently lives in NCR with his family and enjoys adventure travel in his spare time.
